List Love: Stories, music, history, fun, and listening well

Happy Friday to you. Another list to end your week with. This list has a lot of good stories to read and watch.

• Somewhere in Queens | Official Trailer | In Theaters April 21 - YouTube; this film written, directed, and starring Ray Romano looks to be enjoyable and well done. And Laurie Metcalfe is also in the film!

• Kodaline - All I Want (Official Live Video) - YouTube; I haven’t been able to find any evidence, yet I seem to remember first hearing this song from a Starbucks “Song of the Day” card. Do you remember those? I l found a lot of good music through those. All of that to say, “All I Want” is such a beautiful song.

• Woman completes 10-year National Trust scone-eating project - BBC News; Sarah went to 244 sites across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland sampling the scones and reviewing them as she went. This sounds like such a neat experience. Here is her book with 50 scone recipes.

• Chaim Topol: Fiddler on the Roof star dies aged 87 - BBC News; so sad to hear this about Topol. There was one family I babysat for in high school and I am fairly certain that almost every time I was there we watched Fiddler on the Rook, so many fond memories of this film.
