A few years ago, BG had the opportunity to coach Kimberly for about 18 months. It quickly became apparent to him that she was special. As the other members of the team came to know her, we all had the same opinion.
Her values line up with our firm’s values, she leads well, and not only is she highly intelligent, she is also wise.
She is a person that has a positive impact wherever she goes and we are excited she decided to become a part of this team!

What would we learn about Kimberly Williams in a movie trailer about you?
If my life were a movie trailer, here’s what you’d see in 90 seconds:The opening shot would be a whirlwind — me moving between clinic meetings, cheering on a softball field, and writing encouragement cards late at night. The pace is fast, the coffee is strong, and the people around me matter more than the to-do list. The scenes would cut quickly: rallying a team in a boardroom, encouraging my daughter before a big game, and jotting down thoughts for an article that might inspire someone I’ll never meet. The emotional hook would be simple — a moment of me listening intently, smiling, and leaning in. Because I believe Zig Ziglar was right: “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”Of course, there would be tension — a setback, a hard decision, a late-night “how will I get this done?” moment. But then, the music would build as I take a deep breath, square my shoulders, and step forward anyway. The trailer would end with the wins — a team celebrating their growth, my family together, and me standing at a podium, humbled and grateful. Tagline: Not just chasing success… building it for everyone around me.

As you think about coaching leaders, what do you hope to impart?
I want leaders to lead with clarity, courage, and a servant’s heart — creating spaces where others can thrive and succeed.Because when a leader grows, their impact ripples outward, transforming teams, families, and communities for the better.
What’s one key to helping an organization grow effective leaders and a unified staff?
Creating a culture where people feel genuinely seen, valued, and equipped — because when leaders invest in relationships and give their teams the tools to succeed, trust grows, silos break down, and everyone pulls in the same direction.
What are you currently reading?
I’m one of those people who can’t read just one book at a time — I love the way different ideas start connecting in unexpected ways. Right now, my nightstand is a mix of: Emotional Intelligence 2.0 — sharpening self-awareness and relationship skills. Buy Back Your Time — learning to reclaim time for what matters most. Questions Are the Answer — exploring how curiosity unlocks better solutions. The Happiness Advantage — seeing how positivity fuels performance. Each one challenges me in a different way, but together they remind me that leadership is part skill, part mindset, and part the questions we’re brave enough to ask.
As you can see, Kimberly has quite a background and she is already making a difference on our team. We are humbled and excited she chose to join us on this journey.
