Lauren has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Client Service. She is a continuous learner with a broad range of interests and ia an experienced group trainer. She especially enjoys assessments and helping others to understand their personality assessments.

As an amateur historian, she loves to research and learn new things including subjects ranging from Egyptology, Russian history, to how our brains work.

Lauren is a graduate of Southwestern Michigan College and attended Seattle Pacific University.
