A people-centered leader with over 40 years of leadership experience as an US Army officer, a senior business executive with experience in the defense industry and manufacturing, a nonprofit executive, and as an adjunct management and leadership professor at the graduate level for two different universities. He has coached and consulted with business owners, senior executives, and non-profit leaders for over 20 years now – part-time at first and now full-time since 2017.

BG is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Security Alarm Corporation of Southern Illinois, a member of the Board of Directors for Life Action, and served for 11 years as an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Bethel University in Mishiwaka, IN and now has been an adjunct professor in the MBA and Masters of Science in Leadership programs at Belhaven University, for over eight years and served as an adjunct faculty member for Millsaps College’s Executive Education Program for five years, and is a Business Mentor for Innovate Mississippi.

BG graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has an MBA from Millsaps College.
